Safety-Kleen's Oil Re-Refinery located in Breslau, Ontario is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this individual will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the Maintenance Department and Site Services.

- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Advise plant personnel on maintenance/equipment related concerns;
- Identifying root cause of breakdowns and provide solutions;
- Procures maintenance equipment and supplies & initiates purchase orders operating within the maintenance budget;
- Develops and maintains a spare parts inventory ensuring that parts for all critical equipment are available for any type of failure;
- Further develops and facilitates the preventive maintenance program for equipment throughout the facility;
- Supervises the daily activities of a multi-disciplined maintenance team;
- Assures that preventative maintenance is performed on time, and records are kept in FAM (CMMS);
- Leads the morning team toolbox meeting;
- Performs training as required for equipment and operation, discuss safety topics, and other issues. Passes on knowledge to maintenance personnel;
- Works effectively with the Maintenance Planner, facilitating the smooth flow of daily work activities.
- Other duties as required/assigned.
- Trade License preferred, Millwright 433A or Electrician 309A;
- 5+ years Supervisory/Lead experience preferred;
- Previous experience working in a refinery or Industrial plant setting;
- Advanced computer knowledge is an asset;
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills required;
