• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Receive inbound emails as the majority of communication from internal or external customers;
• Emailing clients and customers; 
• Work on a team and collaborate with co-workers; 
• Through Customer Service work -focus on customer satisfaction; 
• Provide nationwide support for our clients in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Help develop customer rapport and relationships; 
• Communicate effectively, follow up with customers; 
• Be attentive to changing customer and business needs; 
• Be flexible to navigate changing business needs, priorities, processes, and working conditions; 
• Gather customer information, verify key aspects and then determine a timely resolution;
• Be personable and maintain upbeat, positive attitude while communicating with the customers.
• Work with a team in an office based role; 

• High School Diploma required;
• Work onsite at the office. 
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with co-workers; 
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required;
• Excited to learn this role and the lines of business and industry we service;
• Strong computer skills;
• Self-Starter, ability to work independently with an outgoing personality;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Experience with a CRM preferable;
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities. 
• Ability to work in a team environment. 
• G License and Reliable Transportation to get to work (no bus route to office);
