We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is hiring a Facility Incineration Supervisor- Train 2 provides round-the-clock supervision over incinerator operations, primarily the incineration of hazardous waste. Responsible for the safety, environmental compliance and production goals for the shift. Must have 100%flexibility and ability to work any shift night/day.

- Demonstrates complete proficiency in incineration operations and incineration board operations
- .Incineration Supervisor supervises the Board Operators, Incineration Technicians and Ash Technicians associated with operation of the incineration unit.
- Operates the unit with direction from the Incineration Manager with details outlining feed parameters. Trains, develops and oversees Board Operators, Incineration Technicians

- Trains, develops and oversees Board Operators, Incineration Technicians, and Ash Technicians.
- Confers with Engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information
- Monitors all standard operating procedures for maintenance and production and works to continuously improve SOP’s
- Implements regulatory compliance, including permitting, by resolving operational issues
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in team environment
- Knowledge of pumps, feed systems and automatic controls
- Extensive computer skills and knowledge of operating system
- Mechanical background, three (3) years supervisory experience in a a chemical related industry
- 40-hour HAZWOPER training and subsequent refresher training
- Must be Respirator Certified
- Must be able to use Waste Safety Data Sheets and/or Material Data Safety Sheets.
- Must possess a working knowledge of site-specific hazardous materials handling policies and procedures, along with applicable regulatory compliance related to tasks being carried out.
- Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals/substances.
- 1-2 years of incineration board operations.
- All employees must be able to operate the various pieces of equipment listed below and be able to lift and/or carry heavy objects weighing 50 pounds
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, reaching, and crouching for 60% of the time, climbing ladders and entering confined work spaces as required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Subject to periods of extreme seasonal heat and/or cold (30%) and excessive noise (25%).
- Valid US DL- Required
