We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Facility Technician I -Warehouse to maintain the Purchasing database and assisting the Procurement Manager. This is NOT an administrative role. This position requires completing a Driver Qualification (DQ File), Forklift or (HEO) operation- required, mechanically inclined- required. M-F potential weekend and on-call, flex schedule 6a-3p 8a-5p, starting pay is $27+ an hour DOE.

- Ensures information entered the purchasing database is accurate and has proper approval prior to entry.
- Maintains PeopleSoft item database, which includes creating item IDs, processing item links, updating pricing, and creating item catalogs.
- Maintains PeopleSoft vendor database, which includes creating new vendors, processing address changes, and creating vendor reports.
- Assists with training new users on the purchasing system.
- Creates Purchase Orders (POs) and change orders.
- Assists the Procurement Manager in researching cost reduction ventures.
- Maintains accounts for selected National Vendors.
- Reviews and approves invoices as assigned by Procurement Manager.
- Assists and helps maintain inventory including multiple locations.
- High School diploma or equivalency- required
- AS/AA degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience-preferred
- 1-3 years purchasing support experience
- 2-4 years Microsoft Office experience
- 1-3 years PeopleSoft experience- preferred
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Purchasing Module
- PC skills: Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to drive a pickup and trailer to haul inventory
- Licensed forklift operator including an extend-a-boom
- Ability to operate a pallet jack
- Background, drug screen and physical- required
- Ability to operate a 1-ton truck with trailer
- Ability to operate a forklift- required
- Valid US driver's license and must qualify for light truck duties- required
