We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Advanced Technologies Specialist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and the Internet of Things (IoT). This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and integration of advanced technologies for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Lead AIML and DataScience team to solve complex business problems.
- Utilize technologies such as Azure AI for AI model development.
- Lead the GenAI initiatives across the Enterprise.
- Implement MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, from model development to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production.
RPA and Process Automation:
- Lead the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions team to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
- Proficiency in UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and other automation tools for process optimization.
- Lead and build an IoT initiatives team to connect and optimize devices, sensors, and systems for data-driven decision-making.
- Implement IoT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and provide valuable insights.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of technologies, including but not limited to Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for AI and machine learning.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Platform AI implementations in Azure or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud for advanced technology deployments and integrations.
- Knowledge of Gen AI and RAG architectures
- Familiarity with RPA and IoT applications and usages.
Data Analytics and Visualization:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar for data visualization and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional technology team in ML, RPA and IoT.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives working with CTO and key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, eCommerce and other business areas.
- Develop and communicate a technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals by partnering with key stakeholders.
- Be a visionary. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and consultants.
- Evaluate and select vendors working with Architecture group to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, RPA, IoT, and related technologies.
- Actively participate in professional development activities to enhance technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (15+ years) in advanced technology roles, with a focus on Data Science, AI, RPA, and IoT.
- Strong proficiency in Azure AI, Google VertexAI, MLOps, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
