The Senior Developer (UKG Pro WFM) is responsible for leading Kronos projects and contributing to all phases of implementation, from discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing to go-live support. The candidate will work with the Product and Platform owners to design solutions related to the time & pay domain.

- Responsible for developing Interfaces using Dell Boomi and WIM, testing and deployment.
- A member of the team that defines, configures/develops, tests, analyzes, and maintains WFC and WFM applications (Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, Attestation, Activities).
- Provide directions to and review work of team members around configuration and interfaces.
- Responsible for working with business partners to gather, document requirements and configure solutions within the time & pay domain.
- Understand business processes and provide solutions to efficiently manage workforce for the organization.
- a strategic workforce plan which addresses current / future candidate pools and market gaps
- A minimum of 8 years IT experience and 5 years working with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
- Expertise working in the following modules in the time & pay domain
- Time and attendance
- Basic Scheduler
- Accruals
- Time-off-Requests
- Activities
- Devices
- Attestation
- Knowledge of UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and/or Dell Boomi is required
- Prior experience integrating with Oracle HCM or ADP is preferred
- Prior experience working in an agile environment
- Strong SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience leading projects and working with an offshore team
