Clean Harbors is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for the areas of the supply chain including inventory asset management, supplier performance, customer on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, deployment and management of supporting information technology systems and processes. Duties may include: Monitoring production planning and inventory projection processes, and preparing forecast reports. Supply and demand analysis, cost analysis and management, component supply assurance, demand fulfillment, cost, and inventory. Makes recommendations on continuous improvement of logistic demand management for maximum utilization. Recommendations on outsourcing, vendor selection and setting rates and prices. Process improvement and quality control (quantity and frequency). Participating in system upgrades, enhancements and implementations for supply chain planning. Conducting and interpreting analysis of key customer buying patterns to identify unique item demand. Analyzing and managing product life cycle

ERP Transition Management:
- Lead the transition from the legacy ERP system to Oracle Fusion.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the business and the MIS team for ERP-related requests.
- Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for the transition, ensuring smooth execution.
- Build and implement standard operating procedures within Supply Chain Management.
- Ensure data integrity for all master data in Oracle related to Procure to Pay and Inventory Management.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive reporting plan to ensure continuity in data access through the ERP transition.
- Oversee the production and quality of weekly and monthly supply chain analysis reports by region and cost categories.
Team Management:
- Manage a team of analysts responsible for providing actionable data and insights across the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, cost containment, and process improvement within the company.
Procure to Pay Lifecycle:
- Maintain item catalog integrity throughout the procure-to-pay lifecycle, including item attributes and replenishment information.
- Contribute to product lifecycle assessments, manage new item creations, and develop transition plans.
Data Collection and Assessment:
- Collect, assess, and analyze data to support planning and operations.
- Identify performance issues, analyze problems, and develop recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s Degree in Analytics, Business or Supply Chain preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Data Analytics, Auditing, Procurement Background
- Problem Solving, Database Management, Working in Teams, Public Speaking
- Inventory/Warehouse Management
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- SQL and PeopleSoft/Oracle knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 10%
