Clean Harbors is seeking a Program Specialist to join our safety conscious team in Norwell, MA! This position is responsible for providing information requested by client(s), generating reports and implementing initial contract set-up.

- Responsible for implementation of new contracts including but not limited to ensuring contract pricing is set up correctly, creating Customer and Ship to Gen sites correctly in Beacon, ensuring invoicing requirements are met, creating profiles and ensuring overall client contract parameters are being met.
- Conduct calls with appropriate personnel to ensure understanding of contract and specifics regarding process impacts for specific locations.
- Run all reports required by customers. Make required changes/updates and provide the final document(s) to customer within the required timeframe.
- Locate missing or late shipping documents (BOL's, Manifest, Worksheet) and ensure input into system.
- Answer incoming calls to address onsite protocol, delays on site and other issues for assigned clients.
- Conduct client operations conference calls as needed by contract.
- Act as internal resource for assigned accounts. Provide coverage for internal personnel, as necessary.
- Develop and maintain schedule dates for service and distribute to the field. Follow-up to determine if any service dates are missed.
- Support with special projects, as necessary
- A Bachelors degree is required
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred
- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
- Knowledge of waste is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people at different levels and customers
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
