Administrator to join our safety conscious team. This team member is responsible for the successful execution of all administrative duties at our customer location daily. This position serves as representative of Clean Harbors in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers.

- Must show ability to take full responsibility for all facets of assignments.
- Prepare and audits accounts payable / receivable invoices and daily paperwork for accurate accounts receivable / payable accruals.
- Provide management reports on monthly basis detailing operations activity.
- Administer payroll for personnel.
- Coordinate physicals, drug screens for new and existing Apollo employees.
- Act as employment coordinator and facilitate the completion of all new hire paperwork as well as explanation of employee benefits.
- Record all pertinent training data in PeopleSoft HR database.
Required Qualifications:
- AP/AR experience required.
- Must possess Data Entry experience.
- Project Inventory Management preferred but not required.
- TRAX experience preferred but not required.
- KRONOS experience preferred but not required.
- Travel Planning experience preferred but not required.
- Enthusiastic personality.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Customer service experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
