Summary:
Position will work with Benefits Manager & compensation in developing and maintaining a Total Rewards program. This position is responsible for New Employee Orientation benefits materials. This position contributes to the effective coordination of employee & physician benefits programs through positive Communication and maintenance of records for new, current and terminated employees & physicians. Position will establish and maintain computerized and manual records necessary for benefit administration. Will establish ongoing benefit communication processes to new & existing Employees / physicians through presentations & written publications. This position will research and understand the rules/regulations, of ERISA, COBRA , PPA and the IRS to make sure the health system is in compliance. Will perform other duties as assigned.
