PP Collection Supervisor

Christus Health hiring for PP Collection Supervisor jobs in Alamogordo, NM, US

• Supervises the PPBO Analysts and Reimbursement Cashier.
• Provides training and continuous reviews to ensure the implementation of training.
• Work the timecards for the Analysts and Cashier
• Produces Month-End reporting for collections from the PPD Clinics, PPBO Cash Posting, Pre-Collections, and Bad Debt vendors.
• Ensures the timeliness of refunds to the government payers and our patients.
• Reviews the denials and communicates them to the PPBO Leadership as they come through on the EOBs.
• Trends co-pays, deductibles, and open balance collections to the Directors over the PPD Clinics.
• Reconciles the Athena Health cash posting against the bank to ensure the total balance.
• Addresses the Athena Unpostables and keeps the balance as low as possible to help close out outstanding AR.

Submits work orders to Athena Health to help eliminate routing posting errors
