The Culinary Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Chef in the running of the kitchen, food production, maintaining health standards and appropriate food safety. This person will ensure the highest level of service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency. Directing the work of others, and production of assigned menu items according to standardized recipes.

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience. Including but not limited to:
Experience leading others
Effective oral and written communications skills
Computer proficiency
Skillfully use hand tools and machines needed to successfully perform the work.
Knowledge and operation of essential kitchen equipment.
Read directions for items to be prepared. Follow recipes, directing others.
Able to read instructions and know the meaning of those instructions and how to implement them or train others to implement those directions for the success of the operation
Current Certifications as needed.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
