The Lead Supervisor is responsible for supervision and support in planning events of varying sizes and levels in the Gotham Club. Ensures that all catering brand standards and initiatives are consistently achieved! This position reports directly to Food and Beverage Manager to deliver best in class member experience, and in constant communication with Club Manager about goals and daily execution
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $32.00 to $35.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
This position is subject to a background check as necessary under the baseball?s background check requirement and a conviction will not automatically disqualify a candidate. Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with California state law and San Francisco ordinance.
Set and oversee operations of assigned events and spaces. Including but not limited to: food and beverage station set up/break down, assisting with event day documents, final walkthroughs for set-up and breakdown checks before and after events.
? Interact with clients and guests, as necessary.
? Identifying customers? needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
? Ensure all event spaces are properly set and ready for each event.
? Adheres to location appearance guidelines. Ensuring all events spaces are clean, organized.
? Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
? Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel, promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
? Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
? Acts with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests.
· Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
· Enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
· Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and other standard operating procedures.
· Conduct physical audit of inventory and product.
· Follow and encourages your team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
· Verification of rentals, food, supplies, beverage, etc. has been received in accordance to Event Orders, Transfers, etc.
· Work directly with Warehouse and Culinary in a professional and productive manner to ensure all service needs are met.
· Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum of two years operational experience in a premium/hospitality spaces
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
