AmeriPro Commercial LLC, an industry leading Roofing Contractor, is now hiring a Commercial Roofing Sales Representativeto join our Commercial Division. The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for developing, managing, maintaining current accounts, and actively searching for new customers in their assigned area to increase sales and promote our products. This role is responsible for meeting sales budgets for the designated territory and managing the projects from start to finish. This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL however travel will be involved across our mid-west markets such as Chicago land, Indiana, Cincinnati, and Detroit.
The ideal Commercial Roofing Sales Representative is: prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. They will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. The candidate must be able to work some evening hours and weekends if business needs dictate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Create short and long-term sales plans with existing Property owners and Sub-Contractors (GC) and actively look for opportunities to close commercial contract sales with AmeriPro Commercial LLC
Develop and retain new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with Property Owners and decision makers. Repeat and referral clients are our #1 source of new business!
Initiates and coordinates projects between AmeriPro Commercial LLC and Client, following up on existing developments to make sure we are successfully executing the projects from start to finish to meet the client’s expectations.
Promote the organization’s products in formal presentations to all commercial segments.
Negotiate, close, and execute contracts and agreements for materials and installation and service.
Collaborates with Commercial Director to provide the best project prices protecting profitability
Maintain accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within the project management database (CRM)
Maintain a constant awareness of markets and pursue profitable opportunities focused on organizational growth,
Manage own sales budget and maintain the discipline to stay within assigned sales and expense budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Acts as the product knowledge expert for all our brands and applications.
Attains required visits on a weekly basis.
Support Commercial Director to develop and adhere to annual commercial sales budgets
EXPERIENCE Required:
3+ years in outside and direct sales
Communication: Oral & Written. Ability to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
Valid driver license and & clean driving record
Microsoft operating system experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Apple iPhone’s is helpful
Construction Industry sales experience helpful
Full time availability to work cooperatively as part of a team
Closing ability required
Detail oriented and persuasive
Ability to work independently
EDUCATION Required:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum/bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
KNOWLEDGE Required:
Building materials market
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systems (Single Ply, TPO, PVC, Foam, Rubber, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, Metal, Liquid Applied, Roof Coating) #LP
