Become a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis with Agape Care Group
We are looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to partner with Operations and Sales Leaders to drive improved business performance to meet budgeted financial goals. This role will perform data analysis and monitor trends while developing enhanced reporting tools and dashboards. The Manager of FP&A will also perform month-end variance analysis and assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting. The role will also be responsible for developing annual budgets and forecasts as needed.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
EDUCATION: Associate Degree preferred.
LICENSURE: Not Applicable
EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years experience in accounting, preferably full charge including tax preparation. Two (2) years management with financial analysis.*HomeCare HomeBase software experience is a plus!!*
SKILLS: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Knowledge of medical terminology required, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines preferred. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
