In this position, you will hold a pivotal role in establishing robust control structures including policies, guidelines and frameworks to ensure the ethical and safe use of GenAI across ADP. This position requires a unique blend of technical aptitude, ethical awareness, and big-picture thinking, to drive ADP forward in the world of GenAI. You will reach out to and converse with diverse teams of internal clients across ADP to define processes that support both the advancement of AI and the protection of data. You’ll work closely with ADP privacy, legal, security, compliance, enterprise data governance, and more to build the policies and best practices needed to succeed.
We’re looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. Whether you’re in meetings with our business leaders, product teams, legal, privacy, compliance, or security, you’ll be the guiding voice that helps create and establish our GenAI governance framework. You stay close to AI trends, regulatory changes, compliance and governance needs, and bring new ideas into the mix.
You’ve worked with governance teams and understand the foundations and importance of a strong data security posture. You communicate policies and guidelines to key stakeholders and the business. With your unique perspective, your voice will guide the project to success all while safeguarding our data.
