ADP is hiring a Program Manager - Product Planning. In this position you will be responsible leading projects within a department and/ or across the Retirement Services organization. The Project Managers will work closely with all parts of the Retirement Services organization (including Legal, Operations, Client Service, Finance, Product Marketing, Investment Services, New Business, etc.) to understand and document their needs and business requirements for their unique project requests. The role also entails being the project manager on the various types and sizes of projects they are assigned. Project types can include projects such as web enhancements, new vendor relationships, new features/functionality within Retirement Services products, new Retirement Services products, new or updated regulatory items, etc. Project sizes may range from small, requested enhancements such as changes to file layouts, etc., to very large initiatives such as major regulatory changes similar to Fee Disclosure or Plan Document Restatements that impact the entire business. Project management involves leading project teams of various sizes as they seek to accomplish a specific goal or objective. Project team sizes may range from 4 - 5 associates up to 20 - 25+ associates. Project management may also require coordination with other ADP Business Units as well as external ADP parties. As part of the project management role, the role is also expected to be able to interact effectively with senior leaders within Retirement Services, as necessary, by communicating status and issues pertaining to their assigned projects. In addition to documenting business requirements and managing projects, the Project Management positions play a very important role as they are expected to be subject matter experts on the ADP Retirement Services businesses, processes, and procedures, as well as on 401k industry related topics and how they may impact operations, client services, finance, investments, regulatory items, etc. As Product Planning associates move up within the job family, their project management skills become of upmost importance as they work on more complex and larger projects.
