Position Summary:
This position is the subject matter expert for various leaves of absences as prescribed in ADP policies as well as Federal, State, and local laws.
Serves as point of contact for leave and pay questions or concerns raised by associates, managers, HR Business Partners, or Associate Relations. Acts as liaison between Client ADP, ADP Leaves, and the ADP Short-term disability vendor. Responsible for administering, coordinating, tracking, and resolving all escalated leave of absence cases in SalesForce.

- Familiarity with ADP Leaves Policy/Procedure
- Awareness of Payroll Processes
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong sense of empathy and compassion for associates during “moments that matter.”
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
