The position of Supervisor, Material Handling is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets located at Westbrook, Maine.
This is a Second Shift role from 2:00 pm-10:30 pm.
This role will be responsible for all activities associated with the receiving of raw materials and shipment to customers and affiliates globally. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse personnel, direct operations and follow up on all transactions, to ensure departmental, divisional, quality and regulatory compliance. This includes but is not limited to compliance with GMP, CAPA, FDA, DOT and IATA regulations, productivity improvements, safety standards and training/development.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises employees in Material Handling. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
