The Opportunity
Join our IT Talent Development Office as the IT Professional Development Program (ITPDP) Team Lead, where you’ll oversee the development of up to 30 new IT professionals and manage a team of up to 25 IT interns. Leverage your passion for growing talent as you directly oversee and manage the team, ensuring their success throughout their 6- and 12-month assignments through coaching, mentoring, and individual development.
As a member of our Talent Development Office, you will have a direct impact on growing our IT talent pipeline. You will work with a dynamic team of enthusiastic recent graduates and college students as they grow their IT skills and acumen across temporary assignments in our global organization. You will be empowered to think critically, act quickly, and influence the next generation of talent in a dynamic and impactful role.
Ideal Candidate
Owns the day-to-day management of up to 30 recent college graduates participating in the ITPDP.
Blends human resources and IT knowledge with strong organizational abilities and creative problem solving to support concurrent activities in a fast-paced environment.
Manages concurrent operational and continuous improvement activities, reaching successful outcomes within specified timelines.
Demonstrates strong decision-making, builds relationships across the global IT organization, and acts as a champion of talent.
What Will You Do
Directly manage up to 30 individuals.
Identify and administer rotational assignments across our global IT organization, including onboarding and offboarding, logistics, and coaching.
Plan and deliver new program member orientations and bi-annual summits, and co-manage cross-functional PDP events.
Support global ITPDP expansion and ensure continuity across regions.
Identify and secure mentors and rotational assignment managers, and engage senior IT leaders for events and growth opportunities.
What You Will Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years relevant work experience in HR or IT.
Preferred
Proven experience working in a global shared services environment
Demonstrated ability working with and influencing cross-functional teams, leadership, and high-potential talent in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
Demonstrated passion for mentoring, learning, and continuous improvement.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
